  • Create unique workflows and route to internal or external parties such as subcontractors, architects, customers, based on a specific set of conditions including: type of change order, dollar or % amount, cost type, etc.
  • Easily email a secure link to any device for document approval and/or electronically or manually signature. Sign electronically and view or attach supporting documents such as drawings, exhibits etc.
  • Signatures automatically embed within the document based on your customized design template.
  • Approve and sign documents from any device. Third parties do not require a log in or user license. Approve, decline or request revisions.​
  • Upon completion, the document routes via email to the next person assigned in the workflow. Once finalized, the signed document stores in the document management system and updates the status as signed and approved.
  • All key parties receive a signed copy of the agreement.
  • There is an optional feature that can be activated for change orders so when the final signature is captured, it will automatically update the change order status to approved, link the change to the billing and generate and email associated subcontract change orders
