How much does Premier cost?

The Premier pricing is simple. We offer two pricing models for our customers. A standard package to help construction businesses with the essentials and an advanced model with all the bells and whistle packaged with advanced features and reporting. Both packages include a one-time training and consulting fee to ensure your entire team is fully trained in every aspect of the software.

Who uses Premier?

We have clients that span across the globe, most of our customers classify their business as a General Contractor, Owner, Design Build, Homebuilder, Land Developer, or Specialty contractor. Our program is utilized by thousands of users on a daily basis. Additionally, our customers can easily connect with subcontractors and any third party associates through our advanced connect feature and portal.

Does Premier have an initial upfront setup fee?

Yes. We charge a one-time training/consulting fee to build your test environment and train your entire team on all accounting and construction process within the software.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, all of our agreements are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We hope that you find Premier so valuable that you will never want to leave, but we understand business needs change and we will not penalize you for it.

What training options are available for customers?

We’re pleased to provide unlimited free access to live training and support resources including, Premier University. Our extensive knowledgebase is complete with helpful walk-throughs, short training videos and accessible answers to frequently asked questions. We are also happy to schedule additional one-on-one training as needed at no additional cost.

How often are new features added to the product?

The short answer is, all the time! We are constantly looking to get feedback from our users and make Premier better every day.

Can I back up and export my data out of Premier?

Premier supports data portability via exports available in Excel and other commonly used formats. Any information committed to your Premier account can be retrieved, at your convenience, in non-proprietary, open formats.

Can I import data from another software?

Yes, we provide data conversion and implementation for all of our customers. During the “Getting Started Process” your Account Manager will be able to determine the plan to move forward.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, however we do offer unlimited access to Premier via guided tour, videos, and access to our demo account prior to you making a purchase. All Premier accounts are customized for each subscriber’s unique business needs. As such, the system does not lend itself to a free trial version. Additionally, we offer purchase Refund Guarantees to give your team the peace of mind that Premier is the right choice for your organization’s needs.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Requests must be submitted in writing or email to Support – Please view our Terms of Service.

Is Premier secure?

Premier uses the latest in technology to ensure your data is secure. Your data is hosted by Microsoft Azure which is the number one hosting provider in the world.

Are there any incidental costs I should be aware of?

No hidden fees. Product updates, new features, unlimited document storage and access to technical support and training is included at no additional cost. The only costs you may incur are additional products or integrations that may apply such as Microsoft BI, custom work or on-site consulting.
